Whether a total beginner, getting back into painting after that long hiatus or looking for some guidance with current painting projects, this studio class is perfect for painters of any level. Come learn how to capture what you see in paint! Work at your own pace while receiving individual instruction and critique. Please come with a project in mind—a photo you’d like to capture, a famous painting you’d like to emulate, or a half finished piece—but if you’re all out of inspiration, the teacher will have some extra on hand. Class discussions may include technique, color theory, composition, and materials.
All materials are included in the price of the class. If you would like to use your own materials please mention this to the class monitor for a $10 deduction in the price of the class.
This class will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30-7 pm. Each session consists of 3 weeks and is $55 for all 3 weeks and includes materials.
